Dr. Indra Warren

MD, FRCPC

 

Dr. Indra Warren is an esteemed Cardiologist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada with specializations in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. After receiving her MD from the University of Toronto, she completed residencies in internal medicine at the University of Western Ontario and cardiology at her alma mater. She further honed her expertise with a fellowship in multimodal cardiac imaging at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. Dr. Warren is certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE), the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology (CBNC), and the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT). Serving as the Head of Cardiology at Joseph Brant Hospital, she is adept in all facets of cardiology, with a keen proficiency in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac CT.

Dr. Paul Hong

MBChB, FRCPC, MRCP(UK), CCDS


Dr. Paul Hong gained his medical degree at the University of Leeds, and subsequently completed his general cardiology training at the All Wales Deanery. This was followed by an electrophysiology fellowship at McMaster University.  He is a member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK), and has completed specialist training in both internal medicine and cardiology. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Canada) in internal medicine.  Dr. Hong mainly practices at Joseph Brant Hospital and also has courtesy privileges at Hamilton Health Sciences as a cardiologist and electrophysiologist. He is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS), recognized by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE).
Dr. Hong practices in all areas of cardiology with a special interest in arrhythmia management.

Dr. Waseem Hindieh

MD, FRCPC


Dr. Waseem Hindieh, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, is also recognized by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the same fields. A McGill University alumnus for both his MD and specialized training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, he extended his expertise with fellowships in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy at Toronto General Hospital and Level III Echocardiography at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. As a staff cardiologist at Joseph Brant Hospital, his practice encompasses general cardiology, valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and advanced cardiac imaging techniques. He is board certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE). He is currently a staff cardiologist at Joseph Brant Hospital affiliated to McMaster University. 

Dr. Hindieh's interests include general cardiology, valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and cardiac imaging.


Dr. Philippe R. Beaudry

MD, FRCPC, FACC, FASE


Dr. Philippe R. Beaudry is a distinguished expert in the field OF cardiology with over 30 years of experience. He holds Fellowships in Internal Medicine and Cardiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in both disciplines. His medical journey began at Université de Sherbrooke, followed by specialized training at the University of Alberta in Edmonton and McGill University in Montreal. Dr. Beaudry is certified in both echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Fluent in English and French, his extensive career includes expertise in general clinical cardiology, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiac oncology, and advanced cardiac imaging. Dr. Beaudry's longstanding practice reflects a deep commitment to patient care and a profound understanding of cardiovascular health, gained from diverse experiences in Quebec, New York, and right here in Burlington.

Dr. Mina Girgis

MD, FRCPC


Dr. Mina Girgis, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, embarked on his medical career at the University of Calgary, followed by further specialization at McGill University. His postgraduate training included a fellowship in Level III Echocardiography at the University Health Network, Toronto. Dr. Girgis, certified by the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE), contributes significantly to cardiological literature and practices at Joseph Brant Hospital. His clinical focus includes all areas of cardiology, with particular expertise in echocardiography.
